Delivery Times
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM are processed and shipped the same day. Delivery times depend on your location and the chosen shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days

During holidays and busy periods, such as the festive season, delivery may take slightly longer.


Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on the destination and weight of your order.

  • Within the Netherlands: From €5.49 (free shipping for orders over €69)


Tracking Information
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can easily follow your package. Please note that tracking information may take a few hours to update.


Incorrect Address Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Please double-check your details when placing an order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information. If you notice an error, contact our customer service immediately.


Undelivered Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal at delivery, or failure to pick up at a collection point, any additional costs for reshipping the package will be the customer’s responsibility.


Damage or Loss During Shipping
We take every precaution to ensure your package is securely packaged. If your package arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt. We will do our best to resolve the issue, such as offering a replacement or refund.
