Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to get your desired item is to return the one you have and purchase the new item separately once your return is approved.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For goods shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without giving a reason. The returned item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
